Refund policy
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipment, and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to update your address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page.
Return Eligibility
Most items may be returned within 90 days of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
- You have contacted us first and received return approval.
- Items showing signs of misuse or damage not caused during shipping are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the safety of all our customers, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging has been opened or the seal is broken:

Topical Health & Hygiene Products: This includes all nail treatments, skin care, and personal care solutions (such as Aluna™ Nail Repair Solution).

Personal Care Items: Any items that come into contact with skin or nails.
- Sale Items: Any products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect
- A 15% restocking fee can be deducted from approved refunds
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing takes 5–10 business days
- Banks or payment providers may take up to 10 additional business days to post the funds
- All refunds are issued in USD; currency conversion or processing fees charged by your bank are not covered
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact Us page and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for shipping delays, courier errors, or circumstances outside of our control once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Product Use & Safety
Please follow all product instructions carefully. Discontinue use immediately if discomfort occurs and contact us for assistance.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to verify orders, request additional information, or cancel orders suspected of fraud. Fraudulent or high-risk orders may be canceled and refunded.
Subscription Policy
Promotional Offers (First Order Only)
Promotional offers that include free items apply only to the first subscription order. For all future renewals, free items are removed and only the paid quantity is shipped at the same price.
This applies to all promotional subscription offers. Free items are provided as a one-time introductory bonus.
Cancel or Pause Anytime
You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time with no penalties.
To prevent your next renewal from being processed, please cancel at least 5 days before your scheduled renewal date.
Subscription Adjustments
Future deliveries default to the originally selected product. You may make changes at any time through your customer portal or by contacting our support team.
If you wish to continue receiving multi-unit bundles on a recurring basis, please contact us to arrange custom subscription pricing.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, which are disclosed at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Subscription Refunds
Refunds for defective or damaged subscription orders follow the standard refund policy.
Subscription charges are non-refundable once billed.
