Cancellation policy

Right to cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Time limit: The 14-day cooling-off period starts on the day you receive your items.

How to cancel: To cancel your order, you must tell us. You can use the cancellation button on our website or send an email to alunathebrand@gmail.com

Refunds: If you cancel, we will give back all the money we received from you, including normal delivery costs. We will pay you back within 14 days after we get the items back from you.
