Some products in our store may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew based on the frequency you choose.

You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time. Simply use the management link in your order confirmation email.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order as long as it has not been processed.

Once processed, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a refund under our Return Policy.

Try Before You Buy

You have a set trial period to decide if you want to keep the product.

If you return it within the trial period, you will not be charged the full amount. If you keep it, your payment method will be charged automatically.
